Ravanama

Ravanama is about the search for the mythological character, Ravana, through the many stories associated with him. On stage, we see a performer in the process of making a show. Every time she decides on a way to start, a fresh story takes her in a different direction. Is there a thread that connects all these stories? It is only at the end of the show that she discovers the ideal way to make a start. This show is deeply inspired by Kathakali both as an artistic form as also in its particular portrayal of Ravana.
